Have you lost or forgotten something onboard inlandsbanan? We help you to get your belongings back smooth and safe.

We do our best for you to get your belongings back if they where lost or forgotten onboard Inlandsbanan.

Please send us an e-mail describing the lost item, date when you lost it and on what train for fastest service.

If your belongings are located, we will inform you about where you can get them back for a administration fee.

Your belongings can also be shipped to you if you pay the postage.

Found goods are brought to our head office in Östersund for storage.

Payment and conditions

You will be charged 50-240 SEK to redeem your belongings, the fee covers some of the expences for administration and storage.

Payment can be made cash, with credit card or Swish.

The goods can be shipped, postage will be paid by the owner.

We are not responsible for deliveries that haven't been collected. 

We storage all found goods in three months waiting for the owner to claim it. In accordance to Swedish law for lost and found, you loose your right as an owner if you haven't claimed the item within threee months time. 

Goods not claimed within three months time will be given to the Red Cross.

Goods are stored for maximum one month after the owner is informed about where to collect it.

Please note that we are only responsible for found goods, not lost.
